What is the Gymnic Soft Gym Exercise Ball?
Soft PVC foam ball that is easy to grip and provides resistance for a variety of strength and rehab exercises.
When can I use it?
- For strengthening exercises - especially the groin muscles by squeezing it between your legs.
- For throwing and balance exercises.
How does it work?
It's a very versatile inflatable 25 cm ball which is soft on impact. It's easy to grip and provides resistance for a variety of strengthening exercises. These balls can be thrown at full strength. My class absolutely loves when we use Gymnic soft balls. I'm teaching aerobics and toning classes and those balls became a part of my routine. If I don't bring my colourfull balls to class my guys are very disappointed. I'm using balls even for cardio. Good workout for arms (no hand weights at all). And of course later for toning. Squeeze squeeze squeeze - my favourite move with the ball. I bought 20 balls and I might be buying more later because my classes are packed now. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND if you want to change your classes. I'M LOVING IT!!!

As a Pilates teacher, I love this overball. Having tried a few for my classes, this is the one that has the nicest texture, is strong, easy to change size (inflating & deflating) and is a very good price. I currently have 2 different types in use in my class, and this is the one clients fight for!

I was delighted with my Gymnic Exercise ball when it arrived. It is ideal for the use I intend for it - to make my seated tai chi classes for the elderly more fun and easier to follow. The ball is the right size and weight and can have multiple uses. I loved the colour too - mine arrived in yellow. I think it would be useful to many exercise teachers over a wide range of modalities. It was easy to inflate - only slight problem is during inflation - being fast enough to get the bung in when you pull the straw out so it doesnt deflate too much! My only worry is that it will be so popular it may have sold out when I place my next order for 10!
