How does it work?
Use the PhysioRoom.com Faster Blaster Dual Action Pump to inflate the Gymnic Fitball Roller. The Fitball Roller is an integral tool in most Core Strength training programs and rehabilitation protocols. It can be placed under the lower back during sit up exercises, or used as a moderately unstable base for a host of other strength and stability training exercises.
Because it has to be controlled in order to stop it rolling, the Fitball Roller adds a co-ordination component to all strength and stability exercises, which makes the exercises more beneficial.
WARNING: Not suitable for exercising with bench press and any kind of dumbells. The manufacturer and the distributors will not be held responsible for any incorrect use of the ball which should lead to injury.
