What is the Gymnic Core Balance?
Inflatable 40cm pvc dome on a rigid base. For balance and rehab exercises.
When can I use it?
- For rehab and balance exercise.
- For the treatment and prevention of knee ligament injuries and sprained ankles.
How does it work?
Use a Gymnic Faster Blaster Pump or Gymnic Double Action Power Pump to inflate the Gymnic Core Balance. It can then be used for rehab and balance exercises. Its rounded shape and variable elasticity (it can be inflated according to individual needs) allows for working on static and dynamic balance and core stability. The unpredictable base of support means that you're forced to activate the supporting muscles of your legs and trunk to remain stable.
