Before applying the gel pads ensure the tongue is cleared of lint, then peel the back off the gel pad and position it with pressure against the inside of the tongue. The lace bite gel pads can also be easily repositioned and will leave no residue. If you need to re-new the gel pad's adhesion just rinse in water and leave to dry.
