What are the G-Form bike shoe insoles?

The G-Form bike shoe insoles have been specifically designed with a medical grade gel to reduce vibration and pressure whilst cycling. The shoe insoles feature OrthoLite foam technology, which allows air to circulate around your foot, meaning your foot is kept cooler inside the shoe. OrthoLite foam also has an anti-microbial formulation to help prevent bacteria, fungus and odour developing in your bike shoe and because the insoles are lightweight it means you can still reach your optimum performance without adding any extra weight to your shoe.

When can I use the G-Form bike shoe insoles?

Use the G-Form bike shoe insoles during cycling to significantly dampen vibration and reduce pressure. They are also easy to fit inside your bike shoe too; simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, align the G-Form insole with the old insole and trim around the forefoot and toe area to match the existing size of the old insole. Then insert the insole into your bike shoe and align the G-Form anti-vibe gel zone over the cleat area.

How do the G-Form bike shoe insoles work?

The G-Form bike shoe insoles feature G-Form anti-vibe gel, which has been specifically made to disrupt the energy transfer of the vibrations that are created from the road and from travelling through the pedal and into your foot. This also reduces pressure on the foot where the cleat meets the pedal. The technology found in the G-Form insoles will help to lower numbness and pain that can form in the ball of your foot and toes and therefore helping to improve your cycling performance. With unique spring-back technology your G-Form insoles won't flatten out and will keep over 95% of their thickness.
