Footmedics Ultra Full Length Orthotics are replacements for your existing insoles. They grip in place without any adhesive, using an anti slip Velcro fastener. The upper surface has a synthetic suede cover for comfort and durability.

Footmedics Ultra Full Length Orthotics have a built in arch support that helps to control pronation (uncontrolled lowering of the arch during running). This is effective at relieving foot pain, as well as tendonitis, shin pain and knee pain - because excessive pronation can cause Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints and Runners Knee.
