Footmedics Tendon Protector has an enclosed gel pad to provide relief from friction over the Achilles Tendon and heel. It's easy to apply - simply pulls on like a sock over the ankle and heel area. It can provide pain relief in people who have irritation of the Achilles Tendon insertion at the heel and 'Haglunds deformity' (heel bump), caused by the heel tab of their footwear.
