Footmedics Silicone Gel Metatarsal Insoles are placed on top of the existing insole. The low profile design allows them to fit easily into any shoe. The gel material grips in place without any adhesive and provides superb shock absorption for tired feet. The soft, raised 'metatarsal dome' provides support for the sole of the foot at the Metatarsal region (mid foot) and instant relief for foot pain.
