“It shouldn't be like this...”

On paper this product is brilliant. Unfortunately in most of my shoes it slips. Ergo, it ends up in the middle of my foot rather than protecting the heel. I am gutted. I have heel spur and when it does stay in place, it does exactly what it is supposed to.
If anyone has any bright ideas how to resolve this, I'd love to know!
