Footmedics Silicone Gel Covered 3/4 Length Insoles are replacement insoles for your existing insoles, or can be worn on top of very thin unsupportive insoles. The gel material grips in place without any adhesive. The upper surface has a fabric top cover for extra comfort. The 3/4 length makes them easier to fit in narrow footwear.

Footmedics Silicone Gel Covered 3/4 Length Insoles provide superb all round shock absorption and have a built in arch support that helps to control pronation (uncontrolled lowering of the arch during running). This is effective at relieving foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis and Sesamoiditis; but also shin pain, knee pain and tendonitis because excessive pronation can cause Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints and Runners Knee.
