How do they work?

Footmedics Silicone Gel Covered 3/4 Length Insoles are replacement insoles for your existing insoles, or can be worn on top of very thin unsupportive insoles. The gel material grips in place without any adhesive. The 3/4 length makes them easier to fit in narrow footwear.

Footmedics Silicone Gel Covered 3/4 Length Insoles provide superb all round shock absorption and have a built in arch support that helps to control pronation (uncontrolled lowering of the arch during running). This is effective at relieving foot pain such as Plantar Fasciitis and Sesamoiditis; but also shin pain, knee pain and tendonitis because excessive pronation can cause Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints and Runners Knee.
