What are Footmedics Reflex Insoles?

Soft gel cushion insoles with pimples that provide a reflexology foot massage under the foot.

When can I use them?

Footmedics Reflex Insoles are made from a gel material which naturally grips in place, on top of existing insoles without any adhesive. The pimples or 'Micro Elevations' allow air circulation and naturally massage reflex points on the sole of the foot. As well as providing foot pain relief, Footmedics Reflex Insoles stimulate reflex points that are directly connected to the limbs, back and vital organs.
