These were purchased for someone who has suffered from bunion pain for years. This is the only company I have found, which offers gel bunion pads with the center hole. It made sense to me, that the hole would relieve pressure on the bunion better than the gel alone--and, it DOES! The person for whom I purchased these, reports great pain relief. I was unable to find a similar product in the U.S., so though a bit more expensive to order from England, they were well worth it. I will be ordering more of these soon.
