What is the Fitter First Professional Wobble Board?

Wooden wobble board with adjustable difficulty levels for advanced rehabilitation and core stability training. Available in 16" (40cm) diameter and 20" (50cm) diameter sizes.

When can I use it?

• For core stability exercises and prevention of ankle and knee ligament injuries.
• For rehabilitation of sprained ankle, ankle fractures, ACL ruptures, medial knee ligament injuries.
• Steeper angles make the Fitter First Professional 16" (40cm) Wobble Board more difficult to use than the Fitter First Professional 20" (50cm) Wobble Board.

What size is it?

Available in 16" (40cm) diameter and 20" (50cm) diameter sizes.

16" (40cm) is Adjustable to 15, 17 & 20 degree angles - Intermediate / Difficult.

20" (50cm) is Adjustable to 10, 12 and 15 degree angles - Easy / Intermediate.

How does it work?

This simple to use ¾" thick Baltic Birch wobble board is great for improving balance and proprioception. This can enhance rehabilitation and reduce the risk of injury. The main benefit of this product is that the sphere that the board pivots on can be changed to different angles to adjust the difficulty level. The adjustment is easy - simply twist the sphere on the bottom of the board.
