High quality, 50cm (20") diameter, adjustable difficulty rocker board for front to back or side to side balance exercises.

How does it work?

This beginner board is perfect for older people or anyone new to balance training. Constructed of Baltic birch plywood and a urethane rocking base, the Rocker Board allows for one plane of instability (forward and backwards or side to side) and is adjustable to three different angles: 10, 12 and 15 degrees - simply twist the pivot on the base to change the angle. If you are not fully confident with your balance this is a great board to start on.
