A firm foam roll for improving flexibility, balance and strength. Available in sizes 45cm (18") long and 90cm (36") long.

How does it work?

This simple and versatile piece of kit can be used anywhere. The cylindrical shape can be used for balance and proprioception exercises - simply put it on the floor and use it as an unstable base. In addition the Foam Roller can be used to assist stretching exercises; or can be rolled against muscles and soft tissues to break down scar tissue and aid relaxation.
