How does it work?

The Bongo Board is a high quality maple plywood board with a polypropylene undercarriage. It has a plastic roller with polypropylene centre and a rubber and nylon bungee cord. This makes the board roll and twist on the roller, which replicates the movements required for snowboarding and skateboarding. This enhances balance and proprioception ability and reduces the risk of injury. Enhanced balance also improves your performance.
