What is the Exercise Band Kit?

When can I use it?

Resistance bands are essential home rehabilitation kit for the treatment of a sprained ankle, dislocated shoulder, groin injury, tennis elbow or muscle injury.

Start with the lowest level of resistance and build sets and repetitions gradually. Then once the exercises become too easy, move on to the next level of resistance provided by the next Ci-Band.

Lightweight and portable, Ci-Bands are perfect when you are on the move and heavy weights are impractical. Ci-Bands enable you to continue with your rehabilitation, wherever you are, just tie them to a fixed object and away you go.
