Dr Warrier's Pain Relieving Massage Oil eclipses other massage oils currently on the market in that it contains a combination of herbs well known for their anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. Massage facilitates its absorption into the musculoskeletal system where it works to relieve pain and promote healing. Dr Warrier's Pain Relieving Massage Oil also has a pleasant subtle aroma.

Gently warm 1 to 2 table spoonfulls and massage into appropriate part of body, applying moderate pressure for 5 to 10 minutes. Allow 30 minutes for the oil to penetrate the skin.

When to use it

Dr Warrier's Pain Relieving Massage Oil can be used solely as a massage oil to relax and refresh aching joints and muscles or it can be used to treat painful muscle strains such as calf strains, hamstring strains and thigh strains. It is even suitable for a massage to a stiff back or neck. Its anti-inflammatory properties also mean it can be used to reduce swelling in knee and ankle injuries.

Should not be applied on skin that is bruised, 'open', wounded or ulcerated.
