What is the Donjoy Telescoping Cool IROM™?

Versatile and easy-to-use hinged knee brace for post-op rehab, especially designed to provide support and comfort following knee ligament surgery. Ideal for summer use, the IROM™ Cool features telescoping hinge bars, with push-button adjustment of the brace length.

When can I use it?

To reduce pain and speed recovery following major ligament surgery to the:

• Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL)
• Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL)
• Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL)
• Lateral Collateral Ligament (LCL)

Which size do I need?

Fits left or right knee.
Universal. One size fits most.
Telescopic hinge bars allow extension up the thigh and down to the ankle for greater stability.

How does it work?

The Telescoping Cool IROM™ (Incremental Range of Movement) has an improved design, which provides range-of-motion control that helps speed up recovery from a number of knee operations and procedures.
With a setting from 0° to 90°, in 10° increments, the Telescoping Cool IROM™ gives you precise control over the knee's range of motion. The telescoping hinge bars allow you to extend the brace up the thigh and down to the ankle to improve the overall stability and fit, especially for taller patients. A reduction in the amount of foam and padding used in its construction makes the Telescoping Cool IROM™ more comfortable for summer, while the design of the buckles allows for quick and easy strapping.
