What is the Donjoy TROM™ Adjuster?

Ground breaking hinged knee brace for post-op rehab, designed to provide controlled and consistent off-loading to improve the healing environment following knee surgery.

When can I use it?

To reduce pain and speed recovery following:

• Cartilage (meniscus) repair
• Cartilage (meniscus) transplant
• Regenerative chondroplasty
• Marrow stimulation/microfracture
• Osteochondral grafting
• Autologous chondrocyte implantation
• Osteotomy

Which size do I need?

Available in a combination of two sizes and two fittings.
Measure around the thigh 150mm (6") above the knee cap.

• Standard medial right/lateral left: adjustable, to fit thigh circumference less than 660mm (26")
• Standard medial left/lateral right: adjustable, to fit thigh circumference less than 660mm (26")
• X-Large medial right/lateral left: adjustable, to fit thigh circumference from 660mm (26") up to 810mm (32")
• X-Large medial left/lateral right: adjustable, to fit thigh circumference from 660mm (26") up to 810mm (32")

How does it work?

The TROM™ (Total Range of Movement) Adjuster has a ground-breaking patented design, which combines range-of-motion control with off-loading capabilities to create the optimum healing environment following meniscal repair, chondral defects procedure or osteotomy.
The TROM™ Adjuster has a lightweight streamlined design that gives precise control over the knee's range of motion and features a 'quick lock' setting from -10° to 90°. The patented 'off-loading' hinge is adjustable so that you can shift compressive knee joint forces from the degenerative area to the healthy compartment. A sliding 'tele-fit' mechanism allows you adjust the straps on either side of the knee independently, to accommodate cold therapy wraps or dressings. Quick release buckles make the knee brace easy to put on and remove, while the cool, breathable sili-grip material used for the straps improves its appearance and level of comfort.
