Donjoy Shoulder Stabiliser

I recently purchased the Donjoy Shoulder Stabiliser. I have full and partial thickness tears on the supraspinatus tendon in the Rotator Cuff of my right shoulder. I play golf, but since damaging my shoulder, golf was out of the question. I began to play golf again wearing the Donjoy and have found it gives my shoulder great support and gives me confidence swinging the golf club, knowing the support is there and will not damage any further. The only problems I have with the Donjoy Support is the quality of the material and stitching and it not very comfortable to wear, otherwise a great product.

I bought this product as it looked and sounded like it would be perfect to protect against dislocation of my shoulder during skiing. The straps all generally do what they say although the manufacturing quality of this product seems to be very poor. You will be given a garentee of between 6-12 months. However as i have only used this product when skiing even though i had the support over a year it was only worn about 10 times when the stitching came apart which held the straps in the correct place and therefore rendered the support useless.
For the considerable price of this product (£175) and the claim that it is one of the best on the market i was very disapointed with the manufacturing quality. I recommend you look else where for an alternative support.
