Which size do I need?

Measure around the chest. If borderline, go for the larger size:

• Small 75-85cm (29.5-33.5")
• Medium 85-95cm (33.5-37.5")
• Large 95-105cm (37.5-41.5")
• X-Large 105-115cm (41.5-45.5")
• XX-Large 115-125cm (45.5-49.5")
• XXX-Large 125-135cm (49.5-53.5")

How does it work?

The comfortable fitting shoulder and chest sections are fastened securely with straps to control shoulder movement. By adjusting the straps it is easy to restrict shoulder movement into the position with your hand back towards the back of your head, which is the movement combination that can lead to a dislocated shoulder.

It prevents forced shoulder movement, whilst allowing enough shoulder movement for most sporting activities. This brace can withstand a fall, a pull from an opponent or contact from an opponent. This reduces the chances of suffering a dislocated shoulder or shoulder subluxation. It can also prevent re-injury of rotator cuff muscle injuries and acromioclavicular (AC) joint sprains and dislocations (shoulder separation).
