What is the Donjoy OA Assist Knee Brace?

Comfortable, easy-to-use, single upright OA frame that gives effective support for mild to moderate unicompartmental knee arthritis.

When can I use it?

• To support a knee affected by mild to moderate osteoarthritis

What size is it?

State left or right knee.
Measure around the thigh, 15cm (6") above the kneecap.

• X-Small: 33cm-39cm (13"-15½")
• Small: 39cm-47cm (15½"-18½")
• Medium: 47cm-53cm (18½"-21")
• Large: 53cm-60cm (21"-23½")
• X-Large: 60cm-67cm (23½"-26½")
• XX-Large: 67cm-75cm (26½"-29½")
• XXX-Large: 75cm-82.5cm (29½"-32")

If your pain is on the inner side of the knee you need the Medial Compartment version.

If your pain is on the outer side of the knee you need the Lateral Compartment version.

How does it work?

Commended for ease of use by the Arthritis Foundation, the Donjoy OA Assist Knee Brace features a single, upright OA frame incorporating a unique 3DF (3rd Degree of Freedom) hinge, which gives flexion and extension control, while minimising brace rotation. A telescoping condyle pad shifts compressive knee joint forces from the degenerative area to the healthy compartment.
