What is the Donjoy Legend™ Knee Brace?

Ideal for moderate to severe ACL and/or PCL, MCL and LCL instabilities. The Legend™ features a non-chip outer covering which is also safe for salt and freshwater activities.

When can I use it?

For the following knee injuries:

• Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL).
• Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL).
• Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL).
• Lateral Collateral Ligament (LCL).

For isolated ACL or PCL injuries there is a specific version of the Donjoy Legend Knee Brace or the 'Combined Instability' version is suitable for MCL, LCL or combined ligament injuries.

One-year warranty on frame and hinge.

Which size do I need?

STEP 1
Choose left or right knee.

STEP 2
Choose whether you have ACL Instability, PCL Instability or Combined Instability (CI).

STEP 3
Measure 15cm (6") above the kneecap and choose your size:

• X-Small 33-39cm (13-15.5")
• Small 39-47cm (15.5-18.5")
• Medium 47-53cm (18.5-21")
• Large 53-60cm (21-23.5")
• X-Large 60-67cm (23.5-26.5")
• XX-Large 67-75cm (26.5-29.5")
• XXX-Large 75-82.5cm (29.5-32")

How does it work?

The Legend™ features the Donjoy Four Points of Leverage™ system, which prevents forward movement of the shin in relation to the thigh bone - thus preventing knee joint instability.

It has s lockable hinge with pin stops at 0degree, 10degree, 20degree, 30degree, 40degree, 45degree, 60degree, 75degree and 90degree. This means that knee motion can be restricted and the knee can be protected.

The Legend™ is extremely lightweight and is lined with removable doeskin and pneumatic pads for extra comfort. It's so comfortable that you may forget you're wearing it.
