What is the Donjoy ArcticFlow Knee Wrap with Cooler?
The Donjoy ArcticFlow Knee Wrap with Cooler is a fantastic value for money continuous ice therapy and compression device.
When can I use it?
Ice therapy and compression are the treatment of choice for knee swelling and pain that is common with all knee ligament injuries, torn cartilage, knee arthritis and following all types of knee surgery.

How does it work?
It's incredibly simple to use at home. Just fill the Donjoy ArcticFlow Cooler with ice and water. It holds 3.5 litres of water and ice - enough for three hours of ice therapy - a much longer therapeutic period than an ice pack. The Cooler is attached to the latex free elastic Donjoy ArcticFlow Knee Wrap which snugly fits the knee joint. Simply elevate the Cooler above knee height to fill the Wrap with ice cold water to provide ice therapy and compression.

I was 'loaned' one of these by BUPA 4 years ago after having a ACL & MCL operation and thought it was fantastic. I have recently started training again for rugby and due to intense training my knee has been swelling up and causing me some discomfort. This is worth every penny, I couldn't recommend it more - everyone who has tried it on agrees it's one of the best inventions ever.
