What are Coretection Coreshorts Pro?

How do they work?

Coreshorts Pro are the first compression shorts specifically designed to assist the lower abdominal, pelvic and hip areas. “Well Worth The Money.”

After having a few problems with my hamstrings during pre-season rugby training I looked into compressions shorts to support them. I looked at al the usual brands that cost around £30+ and then came across the coreshorts. They are more expensive but do what they claim to in my opinion, and also other compressions shorts seem to be glorified, expensive Lycra shorts with no technology.

Since using them my sprinting has become more controlled and efficient and I have had no problems with my Hamstrings. They are great for sprinting sessions and during matches but I wouldn't use them for long distance running as they are too restrictive for this type of movement, and for me slowed my running pace over a 10 miles distance considerably.

Assuming that you get the right size they are comfortable, supportive also keep your muscles warm. They may seem a little tight and strange if you have not used compression garments before but overall a really comfortable fit. They are also cut lower than normal shorts at the waist band which makes them even more comfortable and also allows full range of waist movement.

I'm really impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone that requires support and compression (especially after hamstring issues) and plays fast paced sports like rugby, football and even athletics.
