How it works

Electro stimulation is a highly intelligent and safe way to accurately reproduce the process of the muscle's voluntary contraction. Mi-Sport uses this technology to produce an electric current which is in turn sent to the nerve fibres, charging them to cause a mechanical response in the muscle.

Featuring mi-SENSO, this extra sensitive workout aid adjusts to your physiology. Simply place the electrodes on the muscle groups you wish to work. This can include the calf muscles, hamstrings, plantar arch muscles, abdominal muscles, lower back muscles and so on.

Choose from five levels of progression to increase the intensity of your training program at a pace that suits you.
