After a spinal operation for a replacement disc in my neck, I just could not get comfortable sleeping at night It was really uncomfortable sleeping on my side, and continually sleeping on my back was causing my lower back to ache! This pillow is fantastic! It took a bit of getting used to, but now I wake in the morning with no neck ache and no back ache! I am really pleased with the quality and the price was reasonable compared to others on the market.An excellent product.
