Description

Twenty resistance bands in 1m lengths, for use during rehab and training exercises. This variety pack contains the full range of Ci-Bands provide varying resistance, from light to extra strong, making this pack ideal as you progress your rehabilitation. 99.998% free from latex allergens.

• 3 x Yellow Light Resistance Ci-Bands
• 8 x Red Medium Resistance Ci-Bands
• 6 x Green Strong Resistance Ci-Bands
• 3 x Indigo Extra Strong Resistance Ci-Bands

How it Works

Ci-Bands are made from a high grade medical rubber, 99.998% free from latex allergens. Depending on their level of elasticity they provide a graded amount of resistance to movement. Simply fix them to a secure object such as wall bars or a radiator, and they will provide an excellent method of resistance training for the strengthening of specific muscles and tendons.

Start with the lowest level of resistance and build sets and repetitions gradually. Then once the exercises become too easy, move on to the next level of resistance provided by the next Ci-Band.

Lightweight and portable, Ci-Bands are perfect when you are on the move and heavy weights are impractical. Ci-Bands enable you to continue with your workout, wherever you are.
