When can I use it?

The Cefar Femina Pregnancy TENS Machine is specially designed for:

• Relief of pain in the back, neck, legs and pelvis before, during and after childbirth
• Pain relief during childbirth
• Relief of muscular tension in the back, neck and shoulders, through massage
• Stimulating the circulation of blood in the legs
• Strengthening the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles after child birth.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CEFAR FEMINA IS NOT USED DURING THE FIRST 12 WEEKS (TRIMESTER) OF PREGNANCY.

How does it work?

Stick on the self-adhesive electrodes and at the press of a button, an electrical current is passed through the skin to stimulate nerve endings. The stimulated nerve endings send a signal to the brain, blocking the pain impulses and producing drug-free pain relief.

The Cefar Femina features:

• Dual channel, with four self-adhesive electrodes, to deliver 5 pre-set programmes
• Total weight 180g (approx), including batteries
