Store the Bodymedics Compression & Ice Wrap in the freezer then it's ready to apply. The unique patented system incorporates a gel cold pack covered with a frost free lining which allows application of the Bodymedics Compression & Ice Wrap directly to the wrist. A twenty minute application will cool the tissues for around 2 hours.
The inflatable air chamber allows the user to pump up the Bodymedics Compression & Ice Wrap to the desired level of compression. This combines the therapeutic benefits of controlled compression to minimise bleeding and swelling; and cold to minimise pain.

I have huge problems with my wrist with swelling and pain the Compression & Ice Wrap (Wrist) is great keep it in the freezer and is ready whenever I need it. The pain was keeping me up at night now 20 minutes with the Compression & Ice Wrap (Wrist) before bed and I get a good unbroken sleep. 5 stars defiantly worth the money and was delivered quick as well would recommend this product and web site to anyone.
