This seemed like the answer to all my shoulder pain, having suffered with 5 of the injuries it lists. It’s made with high quality material that’s really soft and looks very comfortable. There is a gel pack sewn in that encompasses the whole of the shoulder bar a small hole to help with the fit. The gel gets very cold, and despite what they say, I wouldn’t apply it directly to the shoulder but wait 10 min and wear a t shirt. Air can be pumped into the wrap using a detachable hand pump and a valve to open and close the airway. It achieves a high amount of compression around the shoulder which is very comfy.This can be adjusted to your own requirements so the shoulder feels secure and snug.
The design is however flawed. The air valve is on one side of the wrap and the Velcro arm straps fasten on the other side. If you use this for your right shoulder, you will struggle to fasten this alone as it fastens at the back. The wrap is not very bendy, so be prepared to strain yourself to get a good fastening. The left shoulder would be easier to fasten, but then the air valve is out of reach! The designers however have allowed the body strap to fasten either side, I just wonder why they didn’t do it for all the straps.
