What is the Bauerfeind GenuTrain P3?

Which size do I need?

With the knee bent at 30 degrees, measure the circumference of the calf 15cm below the knee joint (A) and the circumference of the thigh 17cm above the knee (B)

How does it work?

GenuTrain P3 Knee Brace uses a particularly stretchy, breathable and moisture-wicking knitted fabric, to give effective compression and excellent comfort, especially in the area behind the knee. A special side seam also reduces pressure on the area around the knee joint.
An anatomically formed, lightweight pad surrounds the patella, helping to hold the patella in position and making the support more comfortable wear. In conjunction with an adjustment strap, the pad centres the patella, preventing the patella from drifting laterally, especially after surgery.
The integral visco-elastic pad has friction zones, covered with raised nubs,that give the effect of friction massage when the knee is in motion. Embedded in the insert zone is a guide that holds the patella in position, while two spiral stays, located on either side, give additional support.
Bauerfeind knee braces are dispatched directly from the manufacturer in Germany and are usually received the next working day on orders placed before 1pm. However, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
