Once I finished Hydro at the hospital I was looking at ways to help myself after a attack of Transverse Myelitis. I found a Deep Water Aqua fit class at North Devon Leisure Centre. The design of the belt is better than smaller versions, as it gives better support on my back. The instructor bought a load of these small green belts and some people including my mum got friction marks under their arms from them. Granted the belts need weraing in.
9 months later and I am doing really well, alot of my movement I think came back with the help of using this belt. The oldest lady in this class is in her 80's!
