The arm immobiliser was shown to me by a friend who had been given one after surgery. Can only agree that it is comfortable and versatile.

I brought this sling to immobilize my left shoulder after AC grade 3, joint separation .After getting my wife to adjust the straps for the first time, I can now put it on and off by myself.
For me the best benefit is being able to release the Velcro at front, taking the arm out of sling for short period leaving the sling around neck ready to be re-used

After trying a cheaper sling, I found this one to be worth what I paid for it. The one I had, had previously was the old fashioned type that when around the shoulders/neck and became very uncomfortable. This one however support away from the neck area and is very comfortable, even when used all day and could immobilise the arm, also the addition of the cushion was very useful. I would defiantly recommend this product and buy other products in the future if needed. Money very well spent.
